Mustard Grunge

Much better! Against the black, and there will be black/multi print in the sashing, the darker color is much better, not so high-contrast. But against the black, it still reads as one of the lighter colors here, which is good for the overall balance.
Blocks for PAussietivity

So, yardage in this week, 1/4 yard. Out, nothing. Totals at the end of the month, but I'm digging myself deeper into the hole this month....

I have a three-day retreat coming up next weekend. My plan is to get the replacement mustard block made this week, and the sashing and border pieces cut. Then I hope to get the top completely pieced at camp next weekend. With a little luck, I'll be able to count out all the fabrics for this top.

    The darker grunge is much better :) I can't wait to see this top in person as I think it might turn out to be another hard one to photograph.

    The darker color does work much better for the balance of the quilt. Glad you found just what you needed!
