FG Baby Quilt Progress

A picture post...

All the geese are made. I made additional stripey ones so
I can use only the ones that go in this direction.

First layout:
What I need to change:
1) Move the teal so the flat side isn't along an edge
because there will be a narrow teal border.
2) Separate the orange and the brown so they're more scattered.

Final layout:
Much better!

  1. Do you make your flying geese 4 at a time or some other method? Love your quilt, colors and layout.

  9. You are the best! Your geese kept their points! Wow! I'm so impressed! My geese feel sad because they sometimes lose their points... At first I was in love with your layout in the first photo, and then I fell in love with your last layout! Beautiful job!
