More Grammercy & Friends Blocks and a Successful Pattern Test

I still have Gramercy & Friends blocks on my wall today. In fact, I've added a few more to them.

Here are some of my favorites. I especially like the sunburst star.

On another note, let me introduce Zenia Rene at A Quilted Passion. Zenia pattern-tested Broken Chevron for me. Here's her version, ready for quilting. She's calling it Walk Like an Egyptian, and she plans to hang it over her bed as a headboard when she's done quilting it. Zenia had never made flying geese before, and Broken Chevron is made entirely of flying geese units, and I think Zenia did an awesome job! Check out her post on the Grow Your Blog Blog Hop.

  1. Your blocks are just wonderful. The movement in them is amazing... some due to your fabric selections. This is going to be one great quilt.

  2. Your collection of Gramercy & Friends blocks look great together! The "Walk Like an Egyptian" quilt top is great - the points are crisp and I would never guess Zenia had not done flying geese before.
