No fabric in this week. How many weeks can I keep that up this year?! Hmm, my guild's fabric swap is coming up in February, can I hold out until then?
Nothing I can count out yet. I've been making individual blocks but I don't count the fabric for them out until the top is finished to a flimsy.
See how others are managing their stash over at Patchwork Times.
My new pattern Broken Chevron (see post below) received positive feedback at STLMQG yesterday. I'm giving one away! Leave a comment telling me what colors or fabric line you would make it in to be in the drawing. (If you are a no-reply blogger, be sure to include your e-mail in your comment.)
I'm not sure what colors, but probably something bright and cheery. Thanks and great job on your stash so far.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to it using a dark background and light chevrons :) I'm hoping to take home less than I bring to the fabrics stash ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think I would do blue. This would go in our motor home. I did do the circle quilting on 3 baby quilts.mthanks for the idea. http://jobutterfield.blogspot.com.au/2015/01/first-finishes-for-2015.html
ReplyDeleteMy favorite color is purple, but I go through phases where I like other colors, but I always like purple.
ReplyDeleteI would use a variety of either blue or green. I have admired this pattern and would love to add it to my "to do" list. Thank you for your generosity.
ReplyDeleteI love your pattern! I think I'd have to do it in bright, bold colors with a light background--something warm and fun is needed during this COLD winter we've been having. Thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI have this set of four dark pink fabrics that I think this would look good in. That blue and green one is really fun too.
