Go to your Blogger dashboard. On the left, select "Settings," then "Email." In the right hand pane, you should see a box for "Comment Notification Email." If it's blank, put your email address in there. Click the orange "Save Settings" box.
If the box isn't blank, remove what in there. Click the orange "Save Settings" box. Then exit completely out of Blogger.
Reopen Blogger dashboard. If you had to remove your address in the step above, type it in now. Click "Save Settings." Exit Blogger again.
